Chelsea Opera interviews Composer Tom Cipullo regarding his opera Glory Denied based on the book of the same name by Tom Philpott. The opera tells the story of Col. Floyd James "Jim" Thompson, the longest held United States P.O.W. who endured nine years of captivity in Vietnam and his return to a nation and family forever changed.
